1. Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kfb platform and all services connected to it. Where this document refers to "kfb", "we", "our" or "platform", it means the kfbbet.cam website and all its services. "Member" or "you" refers to any registered user.

These Terms apply to Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. By registering an account on the kfb platform, logging in, or using any game or betting service, you are giving your consent to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Membership and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To use any service on kfb, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If verification of the information provided during registration reveals that a member is below this age, their account will be closed immediately and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts — using the same name, address, mobile number, payment method or device — those accounts will be suspended or permanently closed and any bonuses or winnings obtained from them will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

Members must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Registering with false information, opening an account under someone else's identity, or providing any misleading details is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure. 2.4 Account Security

Each member is responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account, or renting or transferring your account, is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the kfb support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Methods

kfb currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). Withdrawals can also be made through these same four methods.

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases additional time may be required due to account verification procedures or financial security checks.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The identity registered on the account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless kfb instructs otherwise.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

kfb offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus is available once only and the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their balance becomes ৳2,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

kfb runs the following promotional offers from time to time. The wagering requirements and validity period differ for each offer:

• kfb Weekly Reload Festival: 20% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18 times; minimum deposit ৳100.
• kfb Cricket Victory: 30% bonus once per day on deposits to the Sports section only, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20 times; minimum deposit ৳100.
• kfb Slot Adventure: 25% bonus on deposits to the Slots section twice per week, up to ৳6,000; wagering 22 times; minimum deposit ৳100.
• kfb Birthday Special Gift: A reward of up to ৳2,000 once on your birthday each year; wagering 15 times.
• kfb Refer a Friend: A reward of up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral where the friend makes a deposit; wagering 12 times.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• No withdrawal will be accepted after receiving a bonus until the required wagering has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer specifically permits it.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be cancelled.
• kfb reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

5. VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

kfb's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is paid at a set rate on the weekly net loss at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback per week

Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week, which is the total losses minus the total winnings. For example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on the member's overall activity and contribution to the platform. Maintaining a specified level of activity is required to stay at each tier.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the odds and conditions provided through kfb's technical infrastructure. If an event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, kfb's decision regarding that bet will be final.

6.2 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kfb reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member's account.

6.3 Fraud and Manipulation

If any member engages in manipulation, exploits software errors, coordinates bets with others, or uses any other dishonest method in betting or gaming, their account will be permanently closed and all winnings and funds in that account will be forfeited.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server issues or any other technical fault, the data stored in the kfb system will be treated as final. Results displayed on the member's own device will not be accepted as evidence in such cases.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

kfb advises members to play in a healthy and controlled manner. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it should not be used as a source of income. Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Do not bet with other people's money or borrowed funds.
• Do not chase losses by placing rushed bets.
• Use of this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content on the kfb platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text and databases — is the property of kfb or its licensors. Members are granted a limited permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing or modifying any content without permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage and use of members' personal data is governed by kfb's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep members' financial and personal information secure.

Members' personal data is not sold or rented to third parties. However, limited information may be shared where required by legal obligation or for security verification purposes — this is discussed in detail in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Restrictions and Closure Policy

10.1 kfb's Rights

kfb may suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Failure to pass age verification
• Due to any legal obligation

10.2 Member's Rights

A member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, subject to wagering conditions being met.

11. Limitation of Liability

kfb will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, third-party actions or internet connectivity issues. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee is given regarding the outcome of any game or bet.

In the event of any dispute, the data stored on kfb's servers will be treated as the final and accepted evidence.

12. Contact and Dispute Resolution

kfb provides support in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email. If you have a complaint or dispute, please raise it with the support team first. The support team will attempt to resolve it within a reasonable time.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations. If a dispute arises between both parties, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the appropriate legal process.

14. Amendment and Effectiveness of Terms

kfb may change or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Members are advised to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean the member has accepted the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
